Unfairly treated

Good morning

I'm very disappointed and upset.

On my way from Pe to Ct now.

I booked 5 tickets and were here at 5 this morning to be able to sit in the front seats, for my kids to see the garden route.

One man sit there and packed luggage on the front seats. I asked where the others he say they coming.

Then I saw people that came after us at bus stop got in and sit there. I complained to driver that they were keeping seats for each other, but he said they booked as a group.

How can it be fair for people to keep seats? We were before the other two people.

Why can't we be handle fairly. We all paid alot of money. I hope inter cape can do something.
