Unfair treatment

I would like to say that I am a very unhappy customer who have been unfairly treated by this company twice already and both times I have lost my money. I let the first incident pass because I thought it is the first and maybe last. I booked two bus tickets for yesterday from JHB to PE, I was coming all the way from Mpumalanga. The unfortunate happened we had a delay with the bus we were using from Mpumalanga and I understand it is not Intercapes problem because it was a different company. I phoned intercape around 1pm when I realised I might not make it on time for my 4pm bus. I phoned them again when I got to JHB park station, a few minutes before 4 and asked them to please wait for us...we got to where the bus was at like 15h58 and they had just started the bus, we requested the security or ppl who where checking in bags to stop the bus for us to jump in and they just looked at us very relaxed and told us they cannot assist...I then ran to the office for help n got same attitude even worse from the lady at the counter as I watched the bus leave. I understand I was a bit late and it was beyond my control...but thing is the bus was still there when I got to the park station. Why is it so wrong if it is us customers who needs their assistance in situations like this n not wrong when the delay is from the company. Intercape busses are never on time but we as customers understand because it's human beings operating the busses, therefore there will be errors and delays at times. Now I understand this how they make their extra money, I paid for those tickets n had no money to buy other tickets. This is how intercape customers get treated by fellow human beings. I am a very loyal customer and have been recommending the bus to other people but not anymore. We were assisted buy the workers from Eldo Couches to get to PE. I was so shocked and in tears, everyone at the station was watching getting that terrible service and the intercape workers were enjoying every moment of it.
