Unfair treatment

I am very disappointed with the service we received at the Park station depot.

I booked 3 tickets for a trip to Cape Town and the bus was supposed to depart at 13h30. Due to traffic delays we arrived late but the bus had not left yet and we spoke to the driver to wait for us to load our luggage but even so he left us standing there. Funny enough after that there was a bus going to Harare which had just left and was called back to fetch other people who were also late.

Now we had to pay for new tickets again while the bus left us standing at the depot, what kind of unfair treatment is that? Maybe we are not important as the people going to Harare that the bus couldnt wait for us but waited for them.

Other bus services have an option of topping up tickets should you miss your bus. This is very unfair and I will never ever use their buses.
