Unfair treatment

When I was buying the ticket the sales person did not explain where I get the bus and penalty rule. The bus was late and it left me, it only waited for 3mintes and left. I tried going after it to Umtata but it already left too there. The problem is 90 minute rule that was never explained when I was purchasing the ticket. I called the intercape agents told me my ticket forfeited and my 90 minutes lapse therefore I have to rebook with a full price which I think it's unfair. I will never use intercape ever againthat goes for my family and friends, I wouldn't advice anyone to use intercape as well.
