I purchased a intercape bus ticket from Swellendam to Somerset-West for 31 Oct 2021 @ 06:00 I was at the pick up point at 05:30 am. I tried calling Intercape office several times and there was NO answer whatsoever. The bus then only arrived at 07:43 am. Intercape did not inform me about the delay at all. When we got to Paarl to switch over to the part shuttle there was NO shuttle and also had to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle to arrive and once again when I tried to call Intercape there was no answer. The experience was horrible and I will not recommend anyone to make use of Intercape services. It's a hell of an inconvenience to anyone.
