Understaff and Overworked

On Saturday I went to Park station at 15h25 to send to parcels to Bloemfontein and upington. William told me that their are closing at 15h30 and he is leaving at 16h00. I had to beg him and he help me .He help me very nice. When I paid for the 1 for upington and I have asked him when can their expect it in upington he said on Monday morning. I agree.Then when he started with the bloem parcel he said there is a bus leaving at 6 maybe the parcel can go.He Nomzano if it can.Nomzano came to the office, explaining to me that the parcel will only be leaving Monday. I asked him why Monday because it said 48hours service, He said to me, because he is over worked,park station is understaffed, and he is not going to do al the parcels on a Saturday. I have asked willam if their are understaffed and overworked what am I suppose to do with that because the service say 48 hours and Monday will be 72 hours and delivered on Tuesday only. William said there is nothing that he can do if Nomzano said he will not take the parcel. I offered to carry the parcels myself to the bus Nomzano said that parcel wil leave Monday,Nmanzo said i should go to pta if i want 48h service.I went to pta and send it
