Uncomfortable Sleep Liner bus

Intercape Sleep Liner bus 219 (ICG 289 GP) is very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The bus drivers are very rude, don't stop at most stops and they do not turn on the air conditioner. The bus was very hot and when the passengers tell the driver to turn on the AC, he then becomes rude. The drivers stop the bus when they want to smoke and also turn on the AC when ever they feel like turning it on and that is for 1 minute. The bus is also very hot at the back seat on the sides next to the windows and it seems like the heat is coming from the engine. Intercape is going to end up down the drain if it continues at this rate. Intercape company will end up like SA road link if it keeps hiring illiterate bus drivers who act like drunk taxi drivers.
