Uncomfortable intercape bus

I booked a ticket from Pretoria to Durban much the experience was good even the bus The problem started with a bus from Durban to Pretoria It was really bad n not what I paid for ,we were sitting next to a smelly n disgusting toilet, the bus ddnt have feet rest n the seats were so uncomfortable
