UNACCEPTED BEHAVIOR FROM JHB PARK STATION STAFF

Dear Intercape Officials ,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the rude behavior of your staff on 09th of June during my son’s commute on bus 801 from JHB to Mthatha.

The ticket checker and driver were dismissive and unhelpful when we had to sign a form for my child who was traveling alone. When we had to sign the guy by the door chased us to ask the driver to sign, when we get to the driver he also chased us to the guy who checks tickets, this is not the first time to receive such attitude from JHB staff for such instance. They became confrontational and rude, making me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

The behavior of your staff was unacceptable and did not align with the level of service I expect from your company. I hope you will take necessary actions to address this issue and ensure that your staff treats passengers with respect and courtesy.
