Unacceptable trip

Worst experience ever came from margate stopped at Durban we have to get off the bus to go and have our luggage weighed then we wait for almost an hour and half for them to drain the bus toilet so we get another bus my charger which was in the other bus is missing in action we have been stranded on the side of the road for almost 2 hours flat tyre the driver tells us we must all get out and get our luggage a bus is 12km away just to stand out in the cold for more than half an hour where the other driver comes and tells us a bus is now on its way from pretoria heaven knows how long thats gonna take. Never ever will i make use of this bus service againi actually want to tell intercape i want a refund on this trip it is absolutely unacceptable.
