Unacceptable service of Intercape busses

We booked a ticket for a relative from Ladybrand to Durban yesterday 8 August. She was at the Pick up point and the bus did not stop..It just ride past. All the office said there is nothing they can do. The bus did stop which is a lie, there was bystanders that saw the bus not stopping.
