Unacceptable service

Good day,

I travelled with Intercape on the 09 November 2017 from Bellville to Humandorp and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Firstly the bus was already not starting from Somerset West already and it would just switch off all along the way until it eventually broke down just out of Stormsriver where we had to wait in the cold for OTHER bus companies to pick us up along side the road???? If you know the bus is not in working order why do you continue with a broken bus??? Not once did the bus drivers ever communicate to us what was wrong so every single time the bus would randomly switch off somewhere along the way the whole bus would be in a panic because its late at night and everyone is just left in the dark, literally. To top it all off the whole trip was an unpleasant one as the heater was on full blast the whole night. The whole bus was complaining about the heat yet the bus driver didn't care to turn it off. Any normal person could have gotten sick and I would like to see him cover everyone's medical bills when that happens. Eventually when the bus stopped working I was picked up by a city to city bus to take me to Humandorp, where I arrived hour and a half late. I didn't book on city to city, if I wanted to travel with them I would've booked with them in the first place.

I either want my money back or a travel voucher of the same amount to be fairly compensated for this totally unacceptable service.
