Unacceptable Delay and Extra Charges

I'm extremely unhappy with Intecape Services! Despite booking in advance, I was notified of a delay on the day of travel and was charged extra to change to an earlier bus - despite the delay being their fault! This isn't the first time this has happened, according to other reviews. It feels like daylight *******! I expect better communication and accountability. Until they improve, I wouldn't recommend using their services. Disappointed and frustrated!
