Un-punctual, un-dependable, unaccountable

If I could give Intercape 0/5 stars, I would. Bus was delayed by 4hr20min (as per sms sent) but left an hour earlier than the time INTERCAPE specified. When you contact the call center, they shift the blame to the customer saying you should be an hour early, but the ticket says 30min. You are then forced to forfeit your ticket and refund, and if you are desperate, buy another ticket. I would not recommend ANYONE who values their time and money to ever use Intercape. Not accountable and not dependable at all.
