TRip to Hell i really hate Intercape

Intercape staff drivers they need some lessons on customer service, my luggage was lost and I am told I should have had personal insurance as they don't pay for luggage , I hate that bus to think how expensive their ticket are in Dec 650 from Pretoria to Kokstad, I wish and pray they can go under the whole company sies
