Trip Delayed and an Unprofessional Team

<p>I had a very bad experience with Intercape today.Our bus departed from Pretoria station @1 o'clock and thereafter stopped ar other stations as usual. What I couldnt understand is why we to stand @Jhb station for almost an hour without an apology nor explanation. The workers who were on the bus was jst busy doing what they had to do and didnt even bother themselves to give an explanation.People were complaining because of the cold and long wait however some were told that they should stop fighting because they are busy solving whatever was wrong. Clients need to be treated with respect and given what they were promised.Service is what sells and today the service we got here was just a NO NO and it was disorganised and unprofessional.I will ma rather book a Translux ticket next time because they are much better when it comes to service.</p>
