Travel woes with intercape

Disgusted With the rising petrol prices, I have been a regular intercape passenger over the years. Recently my daughter was in jhb to visit and there was no available tickets for the overnight bus. I bought her and my grandson a ticket for the 6.45 am bus from midrand in jhb to Tropicana in durban. It was meant to arrive at Tropicana at 2.45 pm which was reasonable. I arranged for family from punetown to fetch her and at 2.30 pm they were there At 10pm the bus stops at Durban station and they get told that they have to arrange a quantum to go to Tropicana and they have no idea when that will be Higher prices seem to equal lower service If you want to travel by bus AVOID INTERCAPE
