Traumatic experience from intercape employees

On the 22 March 2021 i booked a bus from Johannesburg to Qumbu. The bus was supposed to depart park station jhb at 18:30, i arrived at 18:33 because of traffic, fortunately the bus was still there. But the lady that was checking me in gave me a very bad attitute saying i am late she won't check me in, i even had to apologise just to get what i wanted. She even said the bus has left until the driver came and she checked me in. Shr asked if i had lagagge, i said " the other one is lite in weight and the other one is a sportbag" the lady said i can go. I really took it for granted because eversince i have been taking intercape i do not remember my lagagge being wieghed. When i got to the bus the guy there said they can take lagagge wuthout a sticker which i understood and they suggested i took it back to weigh it. The same lady there said i must take it back she is not going to weigh it. I must go speak with Themba. The Themba guy did not even give me a chance to talk. To cut the long story short. The Themba guy said i am not going to take my lagagge with i can go inside the bus leave my lagagge and i told them i can't leave without my bag. They said my husband that was accompanying me must open it so they see whats in there for all they know it can be drugs. We did open in took everything out but still they say i can't take my bag with. I stood infront of the bus saying they not leaving without me i booked this bus and i am leaving with this bus. There was a huge fight between us and the drivers saying am not getting inside the bus. They called police to take me out of their way. The police did not even want to listen to me they were pulling me. I tried to explained but they already decided which side was right so couldn't even listen. My husband even asked them why do they take drivers side what about the client that is supposed to leave for eastern cape? They did not even listen. Police when pulling me up and down. Pushing me to the floor saying they won't listen to what i say. This one police even punched me. Saying am a psychopath.The bus left. I was crying my lung out because i did not have another money to book another bus. Themba arranged for the 20:30 BUDGETLINER and i had to pay 25% on top and also take the uncomfortable budgetliner. The same lagagge was weighed i paid R19. I don't understand even today what was happening and what i did wrong for me to be assaulted. I was being filmed but passengers and other people came to film. I am going to sue the company for this.
