Trained to Lie , Worst Service Ever !

I called Intercape customer service after I had lost contact with a family member who boarded the bus at 10: 30 am. I was told the 3 and half hours delay was due to traffic only to find out from a family member that the bus had a snag and it took long to repair. What is disappointing is that customer service personnel will lie each time you ask them how far is the bus , NEVER AGAIN I use INTERCAPE
