TOURLINER INSTEAD OF INTERCAPE

This is the second time I am booking intercape and instead of intercape busses we get TOURLINER, what kind of service is that atleast indicate on your website when it's your tourliner so that I don't book it , the reason I book mainliner or sleepliner is for comfort, TOURLINER is not comfortable at all, the sits are so close to each other nor are they comfortable aircon doesn'twork ,it's like you sitting on city bus whereas you will be traveling for atleast 12 hours.This is not on atleast respect your customers enough to state beforehand what bus it is.
