Total disrespect of human dignity and health

On the 4th March i bordered your mainliner bus from Cape town to Bethlehem. It was so disgusting and disappointing the smell that came from your toilets, every time that door was opened. No soap or sanitizer placed in the bathroom. The washbasin waste cap not opening, resulting in water filling in the basin and spilling on the floor. The aircon set on extreme cold over night. I thought maybe this was a once off incident, boy i was wrong. Today 12th March i am on the same bus to Cape town, i am met with the same **** and smell from your toilets. Good people cant you afford chemicals to digest whatever waste gets into the toilet or you are just disregarding this because majority of people using this bus are black and most not learned to complain. You cant blame this mess on passengers, you promised us/them onboard toilets so you cant say they shouldn't **** in the toilet, make your system work or dont provide the toilet services at all. This is a health issue that needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. Please dont treat this poor people supporting your business as ***s just because they are poor, majority black and not learned. They are the reason you exist and you get paid.
