TOP URGENT ICG207 GP I want to have this bus tracked Drivers and attendant are treating passangers disrespectfully

TOP URGENT!!! 26 OCTOBER 2019 @ 08H15? PM PLEASE HELP URGENTLY I just received a distress call from my loved one who is still busy travellig intercape bus it was scheduled to leave at 18h00 but was late from Johannesburg Park Station bus registration: ICG213 GP and was switched over to another bus along the route with registration: ICG207 GP. The crew including the drivers are having disgusting attitudes and making unprofessional unkind remarks to the concerned passengers traveling with my loved one. I am very shocked and I cannot fathom how they are still working with people in such a manner. I seek a urgent response as the bus will arrive in Belleville tomorrow 26 October 2019 at 12h15 pm. I urge the management of intercape treat this as a matter of urgency if the ill treatment persists this matter will be taken further.
