Toiletless long distance buses

The website and booking partners don't tell their customers booking the bus that it doesn't have a toilet. Imagine going to cape town from Pretoria in a cramped bus with no toilet? It's so unfair because I could have booked a later bus. The website said express bus and not budget liner.
