Toilet brakes, drivers discretion... Nothing is being done to resolve this.

It saddens me that a specific driver for bus 8113 trip Pretoria to Cape Town on the 27th December 2021. Not only skipped a toilet stop at Kroonstad, he moved it to Broemfontein which is 3 hours later. I phoned customer care to resolve the issue and they did report. Driver was phoned and blatantly said that a formal complaint should be logged. This is pathetic service given that the bus does not have a toilet on board. No customer care, I simply avoid by not making a scene. But this is unprofessional. And the fact that the driven doesn't care about customer comfort.
