The black to black customer service is disgusting. Black people have no customer service at all. My mother is diabetic. She boarded on a bus from Cape town station to Tsomo on the 4th of February 2025 at 17h30. She almost missed the bus. When we arrived at Intercape cape town bus station the staff was very rude. They lack respect and customer service. My mother couldn't get herself something to eat because she almost missed the bus. The bus driver drove all the way to the Eastern cape. Refusing to allow my mother to get something to eat so that she can take her medication. This is unacceptable. Find white drivers because these black illiterate drivers you hire are very inhumane and disrespectful. I'm going to open a case against this driver
