THEY DONT KNOW THEIR OWN COMPANY

Hi<br> <br> Yesterday I called this number *** as there are no direct numbers to phone their Joburg Park Station branch (parcel side). I was told they do not have a direct number and they will put me through I spoke to two people and was not put through. I third lady picked up and I inquired the office hours of the parcel collection and sending side as I have a bag that I want to sent to PE. She told me they close at 18h00. After work I rushed from Midrand to Park station. Having to go through a lot of traffic on my way. I arrived at 17h40 and was informed by the security the office close at 16h00 not 18h00. I went to the consultants that sell tickets and they told me that the parcel side close at 16h00 not 18h00 they do not know why the call centre always tell people that they close at 18h00. You wasted my time and petrol going all the way to Joburg for nothing. It is clear you do not know your companies office hours and now I have to return to your office again incurring more costs.
