Theft bad attitude from driver

Utley disgust with this bus. I lost my luggage, which was mistakenly taken by the other driver. I received a very disgusting attitude from driver ( Ridge) if not mistaken, I was travelling from Jhb to Dbn on bus 116 on Wednesday night, When I found it, my stuff was ****** inside. Called their customer care services to explain my matter, the lady showed no sympathy not even an apology ( not that it would have made a different). She said they will investigate and get back to me, till now I am still waiting. I regret using your services, you simply have no care for your customers, to top it all your drivers are *******.....Wow! You've just lost a customer!!!
