Theft

I would like to report intercape bus drivers that they either *****ing passenger luggage or what they are doing is gross negligence when it come to dealing with passenger luggage. On the 23 January 2016 my niece Busisiwe Baleni boarded on intercape bus from Butterworth to Pretoria and they were told to put their luggage on the bus and not on the trailer as they were getting off in Midrand. When they got to Midrand they realised that her luggage bag was missing and FransM the driver of the bus told her to take someone else's bag then if her bag was missing in action and told my niece that if she wants her bag she must go and look for it in Johannesburg park station. When we got to the station Simon who is responsible for lost luggage's told us that there was no lost luggage from the bus from Butterworth and we must drive to Pretoria depot. When we got to Pretoria depot Letitta told us that FransM said there was just a minor problems with the luggage's today but nothing major happened. This means that the driver could either be involved in *****ing of passenger luggage's or they do not care what happens to passenger bags and up to now we still don't know what happened to the bags.
