The worst trip ever‼️‼️

I’m honestly frustrated& annoyed with the service that we are receiving as passengers from bus 907…The bus was not road worthy right from the get go when we departed at Mthatha bus station, drivers forced their way to Ultra city where we got to evacuate the bus for 2full hours‼️ due to extreme heat accompanied by a bulk of ****roaches

We are now currently stuck 6mins away from Graff Reinet garage with poor communication from the drivers…can you normalize double checking your buses if they are fit enough to travel long distances and reinforce the importance of proper communication between the staff&passengers. Our safety and health is honestly compromised atp💀
