The standards have dropped drastically

I travelled from East London to Cape Town and I must say intercape standards have plummeted. A long distance bus with no toilet , makes 1 stop in a 17 hour road trip. What happened to entertainment like having movies play . Never mind that how about have charging ports. And the guys who help in the bus are so rude!
