The most terrible bus I've ever ridden!!

Booked the bus for R490.00. With that amount I was expecting business class, only to be put in a bus smelling of urine, with old seats. On the road there's something sounding loose, it's just horrible!!! And the person I was sitting next to said she paid R300.00,how does that work? I don't understand why a ticket must be so expensive yet one is not even going to be served coffee or tea... The other thing, they insist on people arriving 30 minutes before departure time, I was there 40 minutes before departure time, tickets were checked 21h50,the bus that was supposed to depart at 22h10 only arrived at 22h05. Like how does that work? It was raining outside, they made us queue on the rain to \check"the tickets that they had already checked @21:45. Not pleased at all!!!! """
