The inconvenience of Intercape and rude drivers

So I booked a bus from Bellville to Warrenton. The bus left Bellville at 19:20 than stopped at winelands north engine garage, we were told it’s a 30 minutes break than an hour passed than the drivers just said we are changing the bus the bus came to after 1hour 30 minutes. We stood outside in the cold with me carrying my two years old baby which I also paid for but ended up not getting her seat that I paid for. We got on the other bus at 22:17 than the bus left only than, on our way the driver is playing loud music on the bus when I told him that it’s late we tired we want to sleep than he said the music is to entertain him when I asked him now what about us than he just said Mxm.
