The driver removed me from my seat

I bought a ticket from The Wolmaranstad to Pietermaritzburg travelling on the 07th of April 2026. I paid for my bus ticket in full and I departed from Wolmaranstad with my luggage. I chose a seat for myself where I knew that I will not get cold since I have pneumonia and I am very sensitive to the cold. When we got to Bloemfontein, the driver forcefully removed me from my seat and ordered me to sit in front on the seat that is right besides him. I then moved and sat there. When we got to Ladybrand, I asked the driver why did he remove me from the seat or was I allocated a specific seat. He did not answer me instead he said that the bus is full. I told him that I have a medical condition and where he has ordered me to sit is very cold. He then offered to give me his stinking blanket and continued with the trip. He was speaking in Setswana even after I told him that I didn’t understand him and I speak IsiZulu but I made sure to only speak in English with him. As we speak, my pneumonia is acting up and I have an extreme headache because of the air conditioning air directly hitting my forehead causing extreme pain. I will be complaining at the bus terminal at the inter cape offices because I want a full refund since I had paid for my trip and I was made uncomfortable in front of 59 other passengers who just sat there and watched the driver bully me. I will be going to the doctor as well because I can feel myself being weak and the flu will cause me to miss work.
