The driver of the bus I’m currently in from East London to Bellville is rude

The driver of the bus I’m currently in from East London to Bellville is rude. The bus is 30 minutes late there’s no communication from Intercape. I took a small walk less than a minute when I came he shouted at me as if it was my fault that they were late to begin with. The way he spoke to me degrading and embarrassing me in front of the other passengers because I couldn’t find my boarding pass it wasn’t misplaced I was panicking because he was roaring in my ear so my anxiety went up.
