The death of intercape

We had bought tickets to go to durban for three people from vereeniging , mcdonalds at 09:10 we arrived to at 09:12 exactly due to traffic problems but the bus did not even wait to see who might still be on the way and do a head count , yet we were greeted with disrespect from the customer care lines consultants of which we had to call twice to finally get help , when we asked if our tickets could be rescheduled and we were rudely told that our tickets were automatically voided and cancelled , we even offered to catch it to catch the bus at the next stop which was harrismith but they told us that we can do it at our own risk , mind you that we are still using a meter taxi , we even had to resort to buying new tickets from Greyhound
