The Bus very late for no apperent reason

<p>I was traveling to Durban from Johannesburg 2200 on the 28th of July 2017, waited for bus from 2100, at 2215 it was nowhere to be found. Nobody was telling the passengers what going until 2223 where some came to say the bus will be very late. Everybody at intercape knew that bus was not gonna be on time earlier in the day because the cashier was insisting I should buy the 2100 one not 2200. There is something going wrong with intercape, they even have audacity to send me an SMS late 2224 that they be 60 minutes late but they took our money. Never gonna use intercape </p>
