The bus left me while i was on the station on time and also when i was i asked the conductor he stated that my name is not on the list

The bus left me on the Vereeniging Total Energies bus station as the conductor stated that there was no Keneilwe Mpooa on the list and he doesn't have someone going to Bloemfontein from the Vereeniging station. When we called the contact center, we spoke to a Jason who stated that the bus passed and the only way is that we need to catch the bus in Kronstaad. We also spoke to Amanda and she stated that the ticket show that I am on bus 914, while I was still waiting at the bus station for the bus. The petrol attend at the station even came to confirm with me if that was not my bus.This caused emotional distress as I was waiting at the bus station alone at night with no transport to go home.
