The best bus service ever

Good Day<br> <br> I took the Intercape bus from Johannesburg to Upington on Friday, 27 February 2015 at 19h00. Our host was called Charles. It was my first time to travel from Johannesburg as i am from Cape Town. From the booking in Charles was efficient. Upon boarding the bus and departing the bus i had a fantastic journey. Charles let everyone feel at ease before departure and he knew all the passengers names. He made the announcements before departure very clear and was utterly professional. We we introduced to the drivers and he also gave a very sincere prayer. Throughout the journey we knew where we were going and our next stops. In all the years I've traveled with Intercape, I've never felt so at ease and well treated. On departure he thanked us so professionally. The journey was relaxing and Charles has the perfect personality to make you feel at ease. The drivers was also very professional. I traveled from Nelspruit to Johannesburg, Johannesburg to Upington, Upington to Johannesburg and the trip with Charles was the only enjoyable trip. The other passengers on that trip also agreed with me. Please give Charles some recognition as he really a remarkable person.
