Thank you for sorting out the ****roaches, I was so anxious before the travel as I'm scared and disgusted of ****roaches. There were quite a number of them on my previous trip, and I couldn't sleep or relax both journeys but this time around there was nothing on both busses I used for the travel to and from my destination. The reason for a 4 is my return bus was almost 2 hrs late but that was not only due Intercape was also due to the travellers.
