Terrible, Uncomfortable and Unsafe Service

Bad, unsafe and uncomfortable Service. It's so cold in Upington tonight and the travelers have been waiting in the bus to Namibia since 8:00 PM for a bus that have broken down. The driver refuse to switch on the heater in the bus and people are getting cold in the bus. On top of it the bus have elderly people on it that cant take this cold
