Terrible trip from Cape Town to Johannesburg

My family is travelling from Cape Town today, 23 December and the bus is making stops intermittently at times without explanation. Around 3 pm they were fixing the door claiming that it wasn't closing properly also it is hot. Honestly speaking I regret booking return ticket for my family with the same bus and I am going to definitely cancel the return ticket. I used to book with them for my mother from Zimbabwe and this time around she made it clear to me that she doesn't want anything to do with it given how unsafe she feels to use it. I am now getting where she was coming from. Flying surely is now best given that prices are almost the same. Intercape improve your customer service lest you become extinct. Service your buses properly before they take off!
