Terrible Travelling

I bought four tickets from Intercape to travel with my husband and two kids on the 23rd October. Our bus was for 23:10 from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. When the bus arrived there weren't enough seats for us. The drivers were very rude and were not willing to help us and the Intercape office had already closed for us to consult with them about our sitting arrangement. We had to travel from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg on sitting on two seats with our kids sitting on top of us when we had bought 4 tickets so me may travel comfortably and most importantly safely. This is not acceptable from Intercape we use these buses regularly through out the year and the service we got was not acceptable!
