Terrible service with intercape

Inter cape is the worst bus service to use at the moment and I use it quit frequently but WOW no more ! The drivers are rude and untidy, the bus is always dirty and there is always a problem with the toilet. We once had to travel from guateng to western cape with no aircon another time the bus broke down on the highway so there's no aircon no where to rest and the sun is scorching hot the driver doesn't communicate this we had to go and ask what's happening we waited for over 2 hours for him to fix the bus. Another time there were roaches and flees on the bus meaning it wasn't cleaned
