Terrible service from Intercape.

So my family took a bus from PE to PTA on the 02 of October 2021. By the time they arrived at their destination, they found that their luggage was ******. We reported the matter to the coach offices but they did not assist in any way. They promised to call but they did not. I then suggested thatthey call all the passengers that were on board, they said they will.

It's now the 8th of October and there is still no word from them.
