Terrible service

This Intercape bus 1 we are on from Pretoria to Sedgefield has terrible service, we got stuck for almost 3hrs in Jhb without any assistance for a trailer wheel problem, now we just stopped at Bloemfontein engen garage for more than an hour without any communication from the crew or whatsoever, some of us are scheduled for early meetings tomorrow as per scheduled now this nonsense, this is absolutely poor service, was a first and last time I boarded an Intercape bus and will never ever do in future, poor lack of regard for customers and passengers who paid their hard earned monies, this is absolutely terrible, who will compensate us for arriving late for our meetings?
