Terrible Service

I recently used the service of intercape to travel from DBN to JHB, the service I received from them was appalling. I was injured due to the bus breaking down passed Harrismith. I was stuck on the road for three hours in unbearable pain because of an insect flying into my eyes. No assistance from any intercape staff on the bus and when I arrived in JHB. I was in and out of hospitals for two weeks suffering with swelling around my neck and eye, headaches was unbearable.
