Terrible Service

This was the worst bus trip I have ever had!!!!! I was travelling from Pretoria to Idutywa on Friday and returned on Sunday. On both trips, the bus was late which has now become a very annoying norm with Intercape buses I was late for the event I was attending on Saturday morning and for work on Monday. The bus drivers service is extremely bad, they shout at passengers when at the rest stops and when arranging sits, they were playing loud music the entire time when I asked the driver to turn down the volume He said "The radio is for the entertainment of the driver and therefore He won't turn it down!". We had a radio playing at full blast at 2 AM (I won't even start with the heater and aircon story) and the driver was unbothered at all. A shame that this bus has deteriorated to this level. Extremely disappointed.
