Terrible service

On the 4th of April we (me and my family) boarded a 17h30 bus from Joburg to PE. From the very first go, the first driver was reckless, he hit a pothole at the station and the bus rocked violently throwing things from the storage rack all over the bus. On the stop signs he would only stop the bus just before the stop sign without slowing down, jerking all of us forward. Same thing when he took off. In Welkom he had no clue where the bus stop was and we went round and round in circles for about half an hour until one of the passengers offered to direct him to the bus stop. How can Intercape let someone who does not know the route take it? Intercape must insist that their drivers wear name tags so we can be able to recognise and identify them On our return trip on the 10th April, using the 14h00 bus, at Potchefstroom we were unceremoniously taken from our Mailnliner bus - which they said was losing power to a fully packed Budget bus. An elderly woman got sick and even vomited on this bus, with no first aid available. She had to strengthen herself (I don't know how she did it) until we reached Johannesburg Terrible, terrible service
