Terrible service

Hi there,

I would like to find out why is it that more often than not your buses arriving in PMB is ALWAYS late.

There yet has to be a time when we get to the bus stop/pick up that the bus is actually on time. On top of that you have the facility to notify your customers but yet fail to do so. Very unhappy with your service and ontop of it your staff at the bus stop/pick up are the most unfriendly people. Hope you will endeavor to up your service
