Terrible service

This bus service is the worst...

They came later than what was arranged, they have no respect for your luggage, they overbook the busses (apparently covid 19 rules and regulations don't apply to them) and they won't let you take a break (go to the bathroom or get a snack) like they are supposed to. I wish Greyhound was still around, much better experience.
